What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Business profile: business name, industry, city, SEO keywords and your Google review link.
• Review content: publicly available reviews about your business (reviewer display name, rating, text, date) and the AI-drafted replies generated for them.
• Billing data: subscription status and a Stripe customer identifier. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service: syncing your reviews, generating reply drafts tuned to your business, managing your subscription, and supporting your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors we use

• Supabase — database, authentication and hosting of your app data.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• OpenAI — generating reply drafts from review text and your business profile.
• SerpApi — retrieving publicly available Google Maps reviews for your listing.

Review text and business context are sent to the AI provider only to produce a draft reply. We do not use your content to train models.

Storage and security

Data is stored in our managed database with row-level security so each account can only read its own records. Access is authenticated and encrypted in transit.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
